A fatal incident at Six Flags Over Georgia that killed a rider put a spotlight on a SeaWorld Orlando roller coaster on Tuesday.
Witnesses described seeing a man fly out of Goliath on Monday. Like Goliath at Six Flags Over Georgia, Mako is a hyper coaster manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M), with similar-looking restraints.
Mako was not operating on Tuesday, but it’s unclear if the closure is related to the Six Flags Over Georgia incident.
