TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee 16-year-old has pleaded no contest to numerous counts of sexual battery and other charges, according to court documents.
Nathaniel Stoney was taken into custody last year after being found with explicit content on his Google account. Those files were reportedly created by him and involved a 2-year-old girl.
He was later charged with 31 counts of child pornography possession, six counts of promoting sexual performance by a child and two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation, per previous coverage.
The convicted teen entered a no-contest plea on Oct. 1 but was taken to the Leon County Detention Facility on Tuesday.
Stoney could face up to life in prison with the lowest permissible sentence of 40 years and 5 months, according to sentencing guidelines.
