Jet Credit: Kamran Mir
Jet (pictured) is a mutt’s mutt, and a very good boy. He’s spoken for, but he came from The Mercy Full Project (MFP), a Tampa-based nonprofit working on animal rescue, pet food assistance and community projects.
To date, MFP has matched more than 500 cuddly boys and girls with owners, and this weekend it hosts a Halloween fundraiser and adoption event at downtown Tampa dive bar The Hub. DJ Silence will spin, and there raffles, a pet costume contest and more planned while bartender Kamran Mir (Jet’s dad) pours Gray Whale gin and Lucky One vodka drinks.

Pitch in to help make the Tampa Bay Journalism Project a success.
