A North Fort Myers man has pleaded guilty to several drug-related charges after an arrest by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in March, the State Attorney’s Office announced on Friday.

Court records say that Olivier Emanuel Fevrier-Sildor, 27, was arrested in March while in possession of cocaine and a firearm. Due to him having been previously arrested, Fevrier-Sildor was prohibited from owning a firearm.

The State Attorney’s Office says that while he was incarcerated, Fevrier-Sildor got another man, Ramiro Jimenez-Flores, to use Fevrier-Sildor’s cell phones and continue to distribute cocaine on his behalf.

Law enforcement conducted three controlled buys of approximately 112 grams of cocaine from Jimenez-Flores in April. Law enforcement saw him obtain around 56 grams of cocaine from a supplier during one of these buys, and then sell it to an undercover agent.

Fevrier-Sildor pled guilty to the following charges:

Conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocainePossession with intent to distribute cocainePossession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crimePossession of a firearm by a convicted felonDistribution of cocaine (three counts)

Fevrier-Sildor faces up to lifetime imprisonment, a mandatory minimum term of five years and a $1,000,000 fine.

Jimenez-Flores pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in July.
