Moving beyond standard concept imports, Ramsay and Executive Head Chef Michael Howells designed Lucky Cat Steak around Miami’s distinct tropical vitality. “Miami doesn’t always want a concept designed somewhere else; it deserves a restaurant created specifically for Miami,” Ramsay shared. “So that’s exactly what we have done with Lucky Cat Steak.”

At the heart of the 152-seat dining room and late-night lounge is an elite beef program seared over an open-flame robata grill. Guests can indulge in USDA Prime Dry-Aged cuts, Texas Akaushi, Australian Blackmore Wagyu and legendary Japanese A5 Miyazaki Wagyu.

The menu seamlessly blends Japanese and Korean cooking traditions with local Latin American and tropical influences. Seafood highlights include fresh sushi, scallop sashimi, snapper ceviche and tuna-jalapeño crispy rice. Playful, regional twists appear throughout, such as black cod croquettes, wagyu bulgogi tacos and the “GFP”—a Miami reimagining of Ramsay’s iconic Gordon’s Fried Chicken that swaps chicken for crispy prawns. Flavorful sides like freshly rolled kimbap, yukhoe and crispy tofu bibimbap round out the family-style sharing experience.

Complementing the cuisine is a beverage program featuring inventive cocktails designed for South Beach after dark. Highlights include the Okinawa Margarita with kumquat, Thai basil and salted shiso air, and a spicy passionfruit-mango margarita. And if you enjoy a little suspense when it comes to your drink choice, the signature Lucky Negroni involves rolling a set of dice to determine a unique combination pulled from six gins, six bitter, and six vermouths.
