A man sentenced to 25 years in prison for child sexual abuse material offenses is accused of committing a similar crime from his prison cell. According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Thomas Kendall Jr. was being held at Martin Correctional Institution for offenses originating in Broward County when investigators received a tip that he was having inappropriate communication with a child.
