London Bay Development Group recently celebrated the topping out of the North Tower of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay.
The milestone represents the completion of vertical construction for the 22-story twin towers, which will offer 224 luxury condominiums and serve as the residential centerpiece of Saltleaf, a 500-acre master-planned community located south of Fort Myers in Bonita Springs.
“We have celebrated many milestones throughout the development of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, but topping out the North Tower is especially meaningful because we can now see the full scale of what we envisioned,” London Bay President and CEO Mark Wilson said. “With both towers now standing side by side, it is a powerful reflection of Saltleaf coming to life. This achievement belongs not only to our team at London Bay, but also to the dedicated construction teams, partners and community members whose craftsmanship, collaboration and belief in Estero Bay continue to shape this extraordinary destination.”
