ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Traffic is moving following a truck fire on Florida’s Turnpike south near mile marker 161 in St. Lucie County. Lucie County on Tuesday.

According to a 9:13 a.m. report from Florida 511, only the right lane remains blocked after the fire.

The call came in at about 7:49 a.m. Units T19, E01, and Rescue 19 responded and brought the fire under control, according to Florida 511.

Drivers may still experience brief delays as crews finish operations at the scene.

Photos and video from the scene show several fire engines and other emergency vehicles as smoke billows from the fire.
