The 71st annual Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair will run Nov. 5-15 at its new 82-acre campus on the Westside of Jacksonville.

Organizers are offering pre-opening discounts through Nov. 4, including $5 off advance online general admission and a $25 Mega Pass providing single-day gate entry and unlimited mechanical rides.

The fair features the debut of the JAX Amphitheater, a new 10,000-capacity open-air venue located on the Westside campus. Each concert ticket purchased for the amphitheater includes general admission to the fair.

The 4th Annual Horses & Heroes Rodeo will take place Nov. 6 and Nov. 7 starting at 5 p.m. at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center. The event benefits H.O.R.S.E. Therapies, an organization providing equine-assisted therapy for people with disabilities. Bleacher seating is available for $25 and includes fair admission for the same day.

Special promotional deal days are scheduled throughout the fair’s 11-day run. Senior Days on Nov. 6 and Nov. 13 offer free gate admission for adults 65 and older with valid photo identification. PRI Productions Family Night on Nov. 9 features $17 ride wristbands, with up to two children 12 and under admitted free per accompanying adult. On $20 Tuesday on Nov. 10, attendees can purchase gate admission and a ride armband together for $20 at the ticket booths.

Military Appreciation Day on Nov. 11 provides free gate admission for active-duty, retired, and veteran military personnel, along with a $20 ride pass. Regular weekday ride armbands from Monday through Thursday are priced at $35.
