MIAMI, Fla. (CBS12) — Brightline has temporarily suspended train service between Orlando and West Palm Beach because of high water conditions impacting the rail corridor in Brevard County.

It’s encouraged that guests keep monitoring their website, Brightline app, and social media channels for service updates.

The company says their rail crews are monitoring conditions along the rail corridor. Once water levels drop, crews will inspect all tracks, signals, and crossings in each affected area before passenger service can resume.

It’s encouraged that guests keep monitoring their website, Brightline app, and social media channels for service updates.

Brightline says any guests with affected reservations will be directly contacted regarding their travel options. They will provide more updates once they know service can resume.
