We may have just finished the Halloween candy we bought for trick or treaters who never showed up, but it’s time to start thinking about the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
Tickets for the 26th annual festival, which runs from Feb. 25-28, are now on sale for events with more than 500 chefs, tastemakers and culinary personalities ranging in location from a farm in Homestead to the far northern reaches of Fort Lauderdale.
Festival founder Lee Brian Schrager said the 2027 lineup is sure to bring fest fans back.
“After 25 years, one thing that has not changed is we still know how to keep the party going,” he said. “We’re always finding new ways to bring people together.”

The tried-and-true ways, though, will not be ignored. Back as usual are crowd-pleasing events like the competitive Burger Bash, Guy Fieri’s Tournament of Champions and the Grand Tasting Village, which draw big crowds and big appetites.
Some events have shifted their locations, like Tacos & Tequila, which was held in the Design District in 2026. This year it returns to Miami Beach, while Chicken Coupe finds a new home at the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel. Also returning are the Asian Night Market, a celebration of Afro-Caribbean cuisine with Kwame Onwuachi, Marcus Samuelsson’s Overtown EatUp! and FoodieCon, which brings together culinary creators and personalities for demos and conversation.
The annual tribute dinner format will change, too, with host Guy Fieri celebrating two decades of Food Network talent that have shaped the festival.

The festival will also offer classes to improve your own cooking skills. Learn to make pizza with the Miami Slice team or Cuban cocktails with Julio Cabrera of Café La Trova. Let the Ophelia team teach you how to create the best breakfast sandwiches or the team at the insanely popular kosher bakery Bakey to demonstate the finer arts of babka-making. You will instantly become popular if you can come close to replicating Bakey’s chocolate babka.
And among other intriguing classes, Clay Conley of Buccan Sandwich Shop and content creator Owen Han will host a family-friendly tribute to the sandwich.
“Every year, we have the opportunity to showcase incredible partners, sponsors and chefs, discover and collaborate with exciting new talent and create one-of-a-kind experiences you simply can’t find anywhere else,” Schrager said. “That’s what keeps people coming back.”
