Disney Vacation Club Hoop Dee Holidays returns to Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground this December. The Member-exclusive holiday version of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue runs on two nights only, and booking is open now through Member Services.
The Pioneer Hall Players host a holiday music-and-comedy show with a frontier-style feast. Members also get an exclusive pre-show and a keepsake from the evening.

There are two shows each night:
4:00 pm show – doors open and seating begins at 4:00 pm, show starts at 4:20 pm
6:15 pm show – doors open and seating begins at 6:15 pm, show starts at 6:35 pm
Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time to check in.
Prices and Seating
There are three seating categories. Prices include tax and gratuity.
Category 1
$83 per person (ages 10 and older)
$45 per person (ages 3 to 9)
Category 2
$79 per person (ages 10 and older)
$41 per person (ages 3 to 9)
Category 3
$75 per person (ages 10 and older)
$40 per person (ages 3 to 9)
Category 3 is on the second floor of Pioneer Hall, and there is no elevator. If you need wheelchair-accessible seating, book Category 1 or Category 2. Seats are assigned based on your party size and category.
Who Can Attend
The event is open to Disney Vacation Club Members who are eligible for Membership Extras benefits. You can bring up to 11 guests per Membership, for a party of 12 total.
The Member named on the Digital Membership Card must attend. Guests under 18 must be with a participating parent or guardian.
How to Book DVC Hoop Dee Holidays
Call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to check availability and book. A few rules to know before you call:
Advance booking is required, and you pay in full when you book
Only one show date can be booked per Membership
Include any infants under age 3 in your party count
Cancel at least 48 hours ahead, or you lose the full price
Reservations can’t be transferred or sold
Space is limited, so book early if you want a specific night or category.
Check-In
You need your Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and a photo ID at check-in. Add the Digital Membership Card to your phone’s digital wallet before you arrive.
Getting to Pioneer Hall
Fort Wilderness can take longer to reach than you expect, so build in extra time.
Disney resort buses: There’s no direct route from other Disney Resort hotels to Fort Wilderness, so plan for a transfer.
Driving: Park at the Fort Wilderness entrance, or at a satellite lot during busy holiday periods. Allow an extra 30 minutes for the bus from the parking area to Pioneer Hall.
Boat from Magic Kingdom: Allow up to 90 minutes of travel time.
