JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – This week on Justice 4 All, we’re getting answers for all Floridians who have questions about the new open carry law.
Last month, a Florida appeals court declared unconstitutional a state law banning the open carrying of firearms, calling the law incompatible with the Second Amendment right to bear arms.

Just last week, Publix announced that its customers will be allowed to open carry a gun in all their 900 stores in Florida.
