The 25th Annual UNCF South Florida fundraising Leader’s Luncheon, has been a tradition initiated for UNCF by former Governor Jeb Bush to help raise funds to support UNCF-member colleges and universities and Florida’s underrepresented students.
This is the premier fundraising event held in four major Florida markets –Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa. These events allow UNCF to mobilize volunteers and corporate donors to support our mission.
Former Broward County Mayor, Dale V. C. Holness serves as honorary chair, along with UNCF South Florida Leadership Council Chair, Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Thaddeus “Thad” Hamilton.
