Luxury car brand, Bentley, focuses on South Florida as construction is now underway for Bentley Residences.

The projected 716 feet tall tower, is the first ever Bentley-branded residential tower in the world, located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach and expected to be done in 2028, according to a news release.

Residents will be able to enjoy the “brand’s iconic signature diamond pattern, exquisite craftsmanship and precision engineering” which will be found all throughout the tower’s architecture.

Some features from the high-end residences will include:

Expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces

Spa-inspired primary bathrooms with private saunas

Private heated swimming pools

Summer kitchens

Sweeping ocean and intracoastal views

Amenities and curated services, a private restaurant helmed by award-winning chef Todd English, a lushly landscaped beach club, and much more will be available exclusively to the members of Bentley Residences.

Bentley Motors and Dezer Development partnered up for this massive undertaking, even breaking the record for largest residential concrete pour in the state of Florida happening on Monday.

Over 36 continuous hours, 2,100 truckloads and 20,000 cubic yards of concrete where poured, along with 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel to solidify the foundation for the tower, according to the release.

The building itself will include the “Dezervator,” an automobile elevator that will take both the driver and vehicle directly to a private sky garage.

There will be 216 homes available, spanning from 5,256 to 6,333 square feet, and prices starting at $5.8 million.

Bentley joins an increasing number of luxury automobile brands in the building of residences in Miami. Brands include:

Aston Martin Residences

Mercedes-Benz Places (to be completed in 2027)

Pagani Residences (to be completed in 2027)
