TAMPA, Fla. (WWSB) – Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) seized weapons and narcotics while conducting a search warrant at an apartment located on Belmere Parkway, Tampa— located within 1,000 feet of Ben Hill Middle School.
According to the HCSO, during the search, detectives found a variety of illegal narcotics, weapons and evidence of an active drug-manufacturing setup.

Firearms were also found during the search, including a crossbow.
HCSO have said that the primary suspect, Edward Royse, 31, is a three-time convicted felon and that he was allegedly producing methamphetamine and dimethyltryptamine inside the apartment.
Rosa Silva, 53, was also in the apartment and was allegedly found with methamphetamine, MDMA, ketamine, cannabis, and sativa resin.
