Cape Coral city leaders are one step closer to completing the extension of water, sewer and irrigation systems in Northeast Cape.The city has chosen four construction companies to help with the North 1 East Utilities Extension Project.The council is expected to award those contracts to each company, which all add up to $109.3 million.Each company will work on one of the targeted areas to bring city water and sewer systems.
