GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Home sales are starting to escalate once again around North Central Florida.
Florida Realtors released numbers on Thursday showing the number of homes sold in our area grew over last October’s sales numbers, in Gainesville by 5.5% and in Ocala by more than 12%.
The average home in the Ocala market sold for $285,000, still among the lowest prices in Florida.
