Zoo Miami Lights Up the Holidays Opening Night

Mark Dion: The South Florida Wildlife Rescue Unit

11 a.m. to 6 p.m. At PAMM through Feb. 2. This immersive installation by conceptual artist Mark Dion blurs art and science to explore human impact on Florida’s ecosystems. Featuring a life-size fictional wildlife rescue vehicle complete with tools, uniforms and artifacts, the work blends humor, research and environmental commentary. Visitors are invited to reconsider the history and fragile future of the Everglades through a uniquely artistic lens.
