Miami is a city that embraces what’s new, next and undeniably fresh—and in early 2026, the city will welcome a new concept that embodies all three. To much anticipation, Nude Miami, the city’s new organic grocer, is opening its flagship at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive, with a promise to reset the standard for how the city shops, consumes and approaches wellness. Positioning itself as the health-forward destination, Nude Miami promises authenticity and simplicity done at its best.

Founded by Charles Amine, Harry Miller, and Sebastian Lezcano, Nude Miami was born from a simple frustration shared by countless locals: the lack of a truly clean, thoughtfully curated grocery experience.

“We decided to build Nude Miami to solve a problem we had in our own lives, and it turns out a lot of people feel the same,” says Amine, who’s already received overwhelming interest from residents eager for the grocer to open in their neighborhood.

At 4,720 square feet, the Brickell flagship brings together everything health-minded Miamians want under one roof. Think organic groceries, better-for-you snacks, non-toxic wellness essentials, and a highly selective assortment of brands vetted with uncompromising standards—no GMOs, no artificial sweeteners, no endocrine disruptors, and absolutely no seed oils. Every label is clean and every ingredient intentional. “Ultimately, we are the consumers, so we’re building the store we’ve always wanted for ourselves,” says Miller. Above all, they’re building a trust with their consumers, that they can shop confidently without second-guessing what they’re putting into their bodies.
