Dependable Equities has introduced two residential offerings at Ombelle Fort Lauderdale, a two tower development at 300 Northeast 3rd Avenue in Flagler Village. Designed by ODA, the project will stand 44 stories and is expected to be completed in 2028. The newly announced Tower Collection and Flagler Collection expand the range of layouts available within the condominium.

The Flagler Collection will occupy floors two through nine and feature studios, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, and two bedroom residences. These homes are planned with a focus on accessibility and value.

The Tower Collection will span floors eleven through forty one and introduce studio to four bedroom residences with larger interior layouts, expanded terraces, and wider views across downtown Fort Lauderdale.

All residences at Ombelle will include ten foot ceilings in main living areas, floor to ceiling windows, private glass terraces, open concept layouts, Italian designed kitchens and bathrooms, designer selected finishes, smart home technology, and optional furnished packages. The interior aesthetic incorporates natural materials and light toned finishes.
