The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-4) visit the LA Rams (8-2) on Sunday night in a big Week 12 matchup at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds around the Buccaneers vs. Rams odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.

The Buccaneers have lost back-to-back games since their Week 9 bye, falling to the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills in their last 2 games. They still lead the NFC South at 6-4, but injuries have piled up and taken a toll on an otherwise talented team. After giving up just 3 points to the New Orleans Saints in Week 8, the Bucs have allowed 28 and 44 points in their last 2 games, giving up 400-plus yards in each contest.

The Rams are one of the hottest teams in football, winning each of their last 5 games, including the last 2 against the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks to take control of the NFC West. They rank sixth in points per game (27.2) and second in points allowed (17.2), outscoring their opponents by an average of 10 points per game.

The Rams lead the all-time series 19-10, but the Buccaneers won the last meeting 16-13 in 2022.

Few teams are playing as well as the Rams right now, who are almost universally situated at No. 1 in Week 12 power rankings. They’re firing on all cylinders right now, winning with both their offense and defense, depending on the week. Against the Seahawks, they shut down one of the top offenses in football and overcame a poor performance from QB Matthew Stafford and the passing game.

Despite Los Angeles being the better team, PASS on the ML at -350.

SNF: Best props bets

Tampa Bay is just 5-5 ATS, failing to cover in each of its last 2 games and 3 of 4. Injuries have ravaged the roster, particularly on offense, forcing QB Baker Mayfield to carry the team most weeks.

The Rams, meanwhile, are 7-3 ATS and had covered 4 straight spreads before failing to do so against the Seahawks in Week 11 as 3-point favorites, winning by only 2 points. The Rams have been one of the most reliable teams ATS all season, and that shouldn’t change this week.

BET RAMS -7 (-105).

The Rams only scored 21 points against the Seahawks last week, but that was against a top-flight defense. The Bucs aren’t that. And while the Rams’ defense is outstanding, Tampa Bay should still find ways to move the ball against Los Angeles and put up enough points to keep things interesting.

BET OVER 49.5 (-110), given the Rams’ ability to put up 30-plus on their own against a defense with some concerns like Tampa Bay’s has.
