All lanes of westbound Interstate 4 were shut down south of downtown Orlando on Monday afternoon.
FL511 traffic cameras show law enforcement detouring traffic just before 4 p.m. onto U.S. Hwy 441 before mile marker 80 with some sort of truck laying on its side with its contents spilled out across the middle the highway lanes.
