Harrison Ligon, 17, faces grand theft charges of a motor vehicle, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, and fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement.

Two other passengers, Asher Simmons, 17, and Makayla Stell, 16, face charges of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
