Aloush goes by “Nomadic Noah” on Instagram and posts videos showing off his scooter skills.

According to Miami Beach Police, officers spotted Aloush driving the electric scooter recklessly on the beachwalk and tried to get him to stop.

Aloush intentionally struck one of the officers, knocking him to the ground and causing him to lose control and fall off the scooter, an arrest report said.

The video obtained by NBC6 on Wednesday shows part of the encounter.

Aloush got back on the scooter and “fled at a high rate of speed,” the report said, before officers spotted him again and tried to get him to stop.

The report said he continued to flee on sidewalks and roadways, even going against traffic and weaving between vehicles.

Aloush eventually ended up at a dead end and lost control of scooter, but continued to resist leading an officer to use a stun gun on him twice, knocking him to the ground, the report said.

He continued struggling on the ground and officer used stun gun on him a third time, and he was taken into custody, the report said.

Aloush was hospitalized, treated and released, and booked into jail.

The officer who was struck by the scooter, Julio Blanco was transported to Mount Sinai Medical Center for treatment of the injuries he sustained during the incident, police said.

Aloush later appeared before a judge, saying he’s a graduate student at the University of Miami.

Blanco spoke during the hearing and mentioned Aloush’s Instagram account in asking the judge for a higher bond, saying he’s fearful he could leave Florida.

“His Instagram where he posts all his videos is called ‘Nomadic Noah,’ nomadic meaning ‘moves around all the time,'” Blanco said. “I believe that without an elevated bond he’s going to be a flight risk.”

Aloush’s bond was set at $20,500.

“This incident underscores the inherent dangers our officers face daily while working to keep our community safe,” the department said in a statement. “The Miami Beach Police Department remains firmly committed to micro-mobility enforcement and will continue to hold violators accountable to ensure the safety of all who use our boardwalk and public spaces.”
