SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – An Altamonte Springs man was taken into custody on Tuesday after deputies said some “secret recordings” were discovered on his cellphone.
In an arrest report, deputies said that they executed a search warrant back in February at 1280 Amanda Street, which is also the site of several strange roadside attractions.

During the search, investigators spoke with the man — identified as Joseph “Joe” Voke, 44 — who admitted to having “voyeurism videos” in a hidden folder on his cellphone, deputies added.
Per the report, Voke explained that he created the videos in the bathroom of a Home Depot store located at 3455 S. U.S. Hwy. 17-92 in Casselberry.
“Joe stated he would go into the stall, leave his cellular phone in his pocket with the camera exposed so when his pants are on the floor, the camera is angled underneath the adjoining stall in attempt to capture the unknowing males’ genitals,” the report reads. “Joe stated the videos contain adults, not children.”

Detectives said they eventually found Voke’s iPhone in the master bedroom, discovering nine secret recordings involving males in a “state of undress” at the Home Depot bathroom. These videos spanned from July 2024 to February 2025.
Later, investigators said they were able to identify at least four men from the secret videos. The victims said they were unaware of Voke’s actions, though only one wished to prosecute, according to deputies.
As a result, Voke was arrested on Tuesday, and he now faces a charge of video voyeurism.
