TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – More than 6,000 runners participated in the annual Turkey Trot in Southwood on Thursday.
Dressed in their best turkey hats and feathered skirts as they sprinted toward the finish line.
The race was all for a good cause, the money raised goes toward helping local organizations like Refuge House, The Kearney Center and The Boys and Girls Club of the Big Bend.
The race included a 1k, 5k, 10k and 15k race.
