Billboards have been put up along Interstate 95 over the long Thanksgiving weekend from Richmond to Orlando in an attempt to solve a cold case.
Meredith Walker, 23, was last seen alive in Orlando on May 30, 2025, wearing a red jacket and blue jeans. Her body was found in Emporia, Va., in early June.
Investigators believe she may have hitchhiked along I-95 and are hoping that someone may recognize her and help them put together her final days and solve the case.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the suspicious death.
This case is being worked jointly by FBI Richmond and the Emporia Police Department.
