Orlando Gold Volleyball Club is stepping into the new season with fresh momentum, expanded leadership, and a renewed commitment to shaping the next generation of athletes. As the longest-running boys volleyball club in the state of Florida, Orlando Gold has built a reputation on consistency, player development, and a community-driven culture that stands out in a fast-growing volleyball landscape.

What started as a small group of dedicated athletes and coaches has grown into one of the most recognizable names in boys volleyball across the Southeast. Families come to Orlando Gold for the competition, but they stay because of the environment. It’s a place where athletes are pushed, supported, and coached with intention. It’s a place where players learn to be better teammates and better young men.

The club’s alumni list speaks for itself. Over the years, Orlando Gold has helped send athletes to collegiate programs at every level. Many return to the gym to mentor younger players or coach on staff, creating a tradition rooted in giving back.

This year, the club is refining every part of the athlete experience. New tools for recruiting, enhanced training systems, and the continued rise of Orlando Gold Foundation, the club’s nonprofit dedicated to scholarships and financial support are helping ensure that opportunities are accessible to more families. The Foundation has already gained strong community interest, with donors, parents, and former athletes rallying behind its mission.

Leadership has also expanded behind the scenes. The club is introducing updated branding, streamlined communication, and a more modern digital presence to match the quality of the on-court product. Recruiting guidance, college exposure support, and educational resources are being built into the athlete journey from day one. The goal is simple: every Orlando Gold athlete should feel confident about their future, whether they pursue college volleyball or bring the lessons learned here into the next chapter of their life.

“Orlando Gold was built on family, loyalty, and a love for the game,” said the club’s leadership team. “We’re proud of where we’ve been, but even more excited about where we’re headed.”

As Central Florida continues to grow as a volleyball hub, Orlando Gold remains committed to leading the way. Strong coaching, intentional development, and a community that genuinely cares have kept the program thriving for decades. And this season, the club is setting the bar even higher.

For families, athletes, and community members looking to get involved, whether through playing, supporting the Foundation, or partnering with the program, OGVBC is ready to welcome you into its story.

Orlando Gold Volleyball Club is Florida’s longest-running boys volleyball program with more than 20 years of history. The club has helped over 90 athletes move on to college programs, including NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA schools. Orlando Gold teams have earned multiple regional championships, consistent appearances at Nationals, and a reputation for developing athletes who play with maturity and discipline.

The club’s strength comes from its culture. Coaches focus on long-term growth and individualized development, and the community around the program is one of the most tight-knit in Central Florida. Many alumni return to coach or mentor, keeping the program’s legacy alive.

Orlando Gold Foundation, the club’s nonprofit arm, expands access through scholarships and financial assistance for families who need support. Enhanced recruiting tools, modernized communication, and upgraded training systems make the athlete experience stronger each year.

At its core, Orlando Gold is a place where young men grow, compete, and find a community that stands with them well beyond their playing years.
