ORLANDO, Fla. – Fall’s finally here, and so are a bunch of epic events to kick off the season!

From spooky vibes to artsy vibes, we’ve got six exciting things for you to check out this week. Get ready for haunted trails, craft fairs, pirate markets and more.

🕸️ Spooky Park’s Haunted Trail

When: Saturday, Oct. 18 | 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Where: Snooky Park, 120 W Lady Lake Blvd.

For the thrill-seekers, this one’s for you! Step into Snooky Park for a spine-chilling journey through a haunted trail where you’ll come face-to-face with ghosts, zombies and even some vampires lurking in the shadows. Admission’s just $5, and the scares will keep you on your toes all night long. Perfect for a frightfully good time!

🍂 Fall Art & Craft Fair

When: Oct. 18-19 | Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Historic Cocoa Village

Get your shop on at one of Florida’s largest outdoor handmade markets! Over 200 artists and crafters will be showcasing their unique pieces, from stunning oil paintings to one-of-a-kind wire-wrapped jewelry. There’s also a “Creation Station” for kids and teens to get their hands dirty and unleash their inner artist (hosted by Jen Gallo). And hey, who can resist food trucks, live music, and a little wine or beer while you browse? Free entry, free parking and pet-friendly, too!

👻 Ghosts of Ponce Past

When: Saturday, Oct. 18 | 6 p.m.

Where: Ponce Inlet Historical Museum, 143 Beach St.

If you’re into spooky history and ghostly tales, this one’s for you. Take a walking ghost tour through the eerie Pacetti Cemetery and hear stories about Ponce Inlet’s haunted past. This free event is part of the ECHO Ranger Program, so feel free to join in — RSVP isn’t required, but it’s always appreciated!

🕯️ Candlelight Concert: Metallica, AC/DC and More —Classical Meets Metal🎸

When: Sunday, Oct. 19 | 8 p.m.

Where: Dr. Phillips Center

Experience the unexpected fusion of classical music and metal. This 14-piece ensemble will take you on a wild ride through rock and metal anthems (think Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Evanescence) performed in a stunning candlelit setting. It’s a whole new way to experience your favorite bands’ hits — just be ready for the walls of distortion and epic energy.

🏴‍☠️ Yo Ho! A Market’s Life for Me

When: Saturday, Oct. 18 | 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Where: Tom Fellows Community Center, Davenport

Grab your best pirate gear and head to this themed market inspired by “Pirates of the Caribbean.” With 30+ local vendors, pirate photo ops, treasure-worthy finds and a Captain’s Raffle every hour, it’s bound to be a shiver-your-timbers good time for the whole family!

🦪 Oyster Fest at Runabout Brewing 🍻

When: Saturday, Oct. 18 | 2 p.m.

Where: Runabout Brewing, 4721 S Orange Ave., Orlando

Get your oyster fix at this fresh fest featuring seasonal oysters, oyster shooters and even a Kraken Oyster Beer! There’ll be live music, wine tastings and exclusive chef specials all day long. Tickets are $50 and include two drink tickets, a dozen premium oysters and VIP oyster pricing — plus raffles and giveaways.
