Starting Monday, SunRail riders have later north and southbound train options to take during weeknights.
2. Private charter school companies pushing to expand across Florida
Private charter school companies are trying to expand quickly in school districts across Florida under Florida’s Schools of Hope program. The Florida Policy Institute says in the last month, the operators have sent almost 700 letters of intent to open 450 schools in 22 school districts across the state.

President Donald Trump on Sunday said he’s invited the family of a National Guard member fatally shot last week to the White House, saying he spoke to her parents and they were “devastated.”
U.S. Army Spc. Sarah Beckstrom died after the Wednesday shooting in Washington, D.C., while her colleague U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe remains in critical condition.
