TallahasseeCity of Tallahassee Winter Festival: The 39th annual Winter Festival will take place Saturday, Dec. 6, with food vendors, holiday lights and more in attendance from 3 to 10 p.m. in downtown Tallahassee. The nighttime holiday parade kicks off at 7:15 p.m. on Monroe Street.Candy Cane Lane: Happening Saturday, Dec. 6, from 3 to 10 p.m. for residents to enjoy a stroll through McCarty Park. It’ll remain open through Dec. 14 from 6 to 9 p.m. and until 11 p.m. on Dec. 12 and 13.Dorothy B. Oven Park Elf Night: Elf Night is taking place Thursday, Dec. 18, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the park, located at 3205 Thomasville Road. Hot cocoa and cookies will also be provided. A holiday light display will run through New Year.
