TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – November 30 is an unforgettable date for one Tallahassee family. That’s because three members share that date as their birthday.
Ariel George, 21, and 19-year-old Acacia George are two sisters who were born on the same day, just two years apart. “Mine is November 30, 2004. Mine is November 30, 2006,” the sisters announced.
Their mother Dantavia Davis remembers those dates well since Ariel George was born a little before her due date and Acacia George was born a little after her due date.
“It was not planned. It was not scheduled.” Davis said.
However, the sisters spent their birthday in the hospital this year because Acacia George gave birth, welcoming a third member into the world who now shares their birthday with them.
Her newborn Aiden wasn’t due until December 3. However, Acacia George’s water broke November 29.
“As soon as it hit 12 a.m. on November 30, I was like, he knows what he’s doing. He tried to do that,” she said.

Her sister, Ariel George, said she’s actually happy and thinks it’s cool now that three of them share the same birthday. But it took her a while to get used to it at first.
“I was kind of mad because I didn’t like sharing my day. I was younger at the time. As I got older, it started actually being okay with me,” Ariel George said. “People always used to be like, that’s so crazy. That’s cool that you and your sibling have the same birthday.”
Though the sisters share the same birthday, Ariel and Acacia’s mother said growing up, the two wanted to start doing different things as they entered their teenage years.
While every day is a gift, November 30 is three times as special.
“I smiled that whole day. It’s a blessing. It’s a blessing.” Acacia George said.
The sisters have two brothers, but they have different birthdays.
