Aimbridge Hospitality has added voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort by IHG to its All-Inclusive division. The resort is located in Port St. Lucie on Florida’s Treasure Coast. The 335-key property becomes the first U.S. resort in Aimbridge’s all-inclusive portfolio. The All-Inclusive Division was launched in August 2025.
The resort is owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings LLC, led by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners. The property is undergoing a $50 million capital improvement plan and is transitioning to the voco hotels brand. The first phase of the renovation is scheduled for early 2026.
“Adding the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort highlights the value of Aimbridge’s differentiated platform and guest-centric approach in the all-inclusive segment,” said Craig Smith, CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality. “This exceptionally well-located destination along Florida’s Treasure Coast is poised to benefit from a thoughtfully executed capital improvement plan, refreshed branding, and strong consumer demand for experience-driven all-inclusive resorts. We are confident we will deliver the high standards of performance and guest satisfaction that owners expect.”
As the brand’s first property of its kind in the Americas, voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort will operate as a family-friendly and sports-forward destination in a riverfront setting. The all-inclusive structure will combine meals, drinks, activities and daily programming into one bundled price. The renovation includes refreshed guest rooms and suites and a new food and beverage program with more than six concepts. These include Riverside Market with live chef stations, a sports bar, a pool bar, two container-based culinary concepts and several specialty restaurants. The dining program is supported by Aimbridge’s Taste & Theory group.
The renovation also includes an expanded recreation program with an arcade, activities center, a fitness center equipped with Peloton and Life Fitness gear, water sports activities and a full-service marina. Guests will have access to pickleball, tennis and soccer through RPS Academy, which is located next to the property. Additional updates include multiple pools and expanded meeting and conference space.
“Our vision for voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is to create a premier all-inclusive destination in the U.S. that sets a new standard for guest experiences,” said Keith Lee, managing member, Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings LLC. “Partnering with voco hotels and Aimbridge gives us the brand distinction and operational expertise to deliver on that vision, combining the ease and convenience of all-inclusive with upscale amenities and service that drive performance and loyalty for years to come.”
The resort is located 45 minutes north of Palm Beach and within two hours of four major international airports. It offers more than 18,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, outdoor function areas and a ballroom with capacity for up to 360 guests.
