The First Coast Wind Symphony will present a free holiday pops concert at 3 p.m. Dec. 14 at Palms Presbyterian Church, 3410 3rd St. South, Jacksonville Beach. Now in its 36th season, the award-winning First Coast Wind Symphony just returned from a Central Europe tour to Prague and Budapest.
