A Cape Coral man was sentenced to 80 years in prison Thursday after being adjudicated guilty of 10 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images and one count of transmission of child sexual abuse images.The state attorney’s office says that in 2022, William John Scott Tulko Jr. was reported to law enforcement in Texas by an online gamer who saw the content the defendant was sharing. The tip was reported to the Cape Coral Police Department, and an investigation led to Tulko’s arrest, the release said.
