An officer with the Cape Coral Police Department rescued an injured juvenile bald eagle that was hit by a vehicle.According to the police, the eagle fractured his right wing. He was then taken from a resident’s yard and brought to a veterinary care center for treatment.The eagle will be transferred to the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW) on Sanibel Island.
