Anti Fund, co‑founded by Geoffrey Woo and Jake Paul, announced this week it has closed its $30 million Anti Fund I. With the news of the oversubscribed raise, the Miami-based firm’s assets under management now exceed $65 million.

“The very best founders break from norm and, by definition, must be ‘anti’ the way things have been done in the past,” said Woo, a serial entrepreneur. “Anti Fund is built to find and fund these people.”

Founded in 2021, Anti Fund concentrates its investments in artificial intelligence and robotics, and funds pre-seed and seed-stage ventures as well as select growth-stage companies. Anti Fund offers first checks of $100,000 to $500,000 for 10% ownership in technical founders, and $10 million+ growth investments into industry leaders, the firm reports.

Anti Fund’s portfolio includes OpenAI, Anduril, Ramp, Cognition, Polymarket, Flock Safety, Physical Intelligence and Miami’s Betr.

Anti Fund’s institutional LPs include Aquarian Holdings and Autilus Partners. Marc Andreesseen and Chris Dixon are among the individual LPs.

“We’ve let our results and relentless work ethic speak louder than anything else, driving rapid growth, strong brand recognition, and deep respect in a short amount of time. We are young, hungry capitalists who are just getting warmed up,” said celebrity boxer and entrepreneur Paul, who is also a co-founder of the sports betting startup Betr.

Along with the Fund I announcement, Anti Fund also named Logan Paul as a general partner. Logan is a professional wrestler, and founder of fast-growing beverage brand PRIME. It’s reportedly the first time that the two brothers have been business partners.

Also this week, Anti Fund announced it is seeking its first Anti Fund Fellows Cohort. More information and application details are here.
