Good evening, Central Florida. We’re wrapping up the day for you with the most important stories you need to know and your weather outlook.

Your Weather Planner

Warmer and moist air continues to funnel in from the south ahead of an approaching area of low pressure in the frontal boundary. This will allow overnight lows to remain relatively warm, in the middle and upper 60s and with dewpoint temperatures flirting near air temperatures, early morning dense fog is likely across the area forming as early as 3 a.m. and continuing until 9 a.m.

Friday night‘s forecast may lead to heavier cloud development and a few isolated showers to northern counties such as Marion County, Flagler County, and Northern Volusia County.

As the fog burns off mid-morning Saturday, partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies will continue throughout the day, but temperatures remain well above average, featured in the upper 70s and lower 80s. A few late afternoon showers are possible, but are expected to break up by early evening.
