Winter Park Christmas Parade Preview

WINTER PARK, Fla. – Huge crowds lined the streets of Park Avenue on Saturday morning for the 73rd Winter Park Ye Old Hometown Christmas Parade, one of the oldest holiday events in Central Florida.

More than 80 organizations, marching bands, police and fire departments, businesses, scouting groups, and local politicians and leaders were part of the 2025 parade. Of course, you cannot have a parade without Santa.

It is put on by the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and is billed as one of the oldest and continuous Christmas parades in Central Florida.

FOX 35’s John Brown served as emcee for the event. FOX 35 meteorologist Laurel Blanchard was inside the FOX 35 Thunder Truck, which participated in the parade.

FOX 35 was the media sponsor for the event. Full Sail University students produced the livestream and gave permission for FOX 35 to re-stream it.
