6-year-old girl dies after incident at Port St. Lucie adventure park

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — A 6-year-old girl died following an incident at a trampoline and adventure park in Port St. Lucie over the weekend.

The Port St. Lucie Police Department (PSLPD) said that on Dec. 6, officers and fire rescue responded just before 9 p.m. to an incident regarding a young girl at the Urban Air at 9020 S U.S. Hwy 1.

The next day, the Police said that the department was notified that the girl had passed away from her injuries.

Police said that the investigation is still active and ongoing at this time and is pending the medical examiner’s findings. CBS12 News is working on gathering more information on the fatal incident.
