December 9, 2025 – Sarasota-based Michael Saunders & Company will open an expansive new 3,000-square-foot branch at The Residences at 400 Central. The real estate firm has served as the exclusive sales agent for St. Petersburg’s tallest tower, which will begin welcoming residents this month. Michael Saunders & Co. joins Dynast Financial Partners (45,000 square feet), Volta Wine + Market (2,000 square feet) and PNC Bank (3,000 square feet) at the mixed-use development.
