The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami has reopened following a $100 million redo of guestrooms, restaurants and the spa. The oceanfront resort had closed for a renovation in May.Â
The revamped property now features six dining and cocktail venues, including Luma, a Mediterranean-focused restaurant, and Paralia, a Greek-Turkish concept. Additional food-and-beverage options are the Rum Bar, Dune Beach Bar, Stefano’s poolside pizzeria and the Scoop gelato shop.Â
The resort has also added outposts of Miami-born restaurant chain Pura Vida Miami and Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa spans 30,000 square feet and has 16 treatment rooms, including three couples suites. Fitness programming now features classes from Miami exercise brand Tremble.
The Cliff Drysdale Tennis Center offers tennis, pickleball and padel. There’s also a new Ritz Kids Club.Â
The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami opened in 2001.
