New speed limit on I-275
The Florida Department of Transportation has decreased the speed limit in both directions of I-275 on the Howard Frankland Bridge and in part of Pinellas County. Beginning last night, the speed limit is now 55 miles per hour between 38th Street North in St. Petersburg and the Tampa International Airport exit in both directions of I-275.
