An investigation is underway in Broward County after officials responded to a “disturbance” on Wednesday.
Few details about what occurred have been released, but Davie Fire Rescue said crews responded to the area of 8200 Griffin Road and took a mother and child to Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Davie Police said officers were at the scene of “a disturbance” at that location, but didn’t provide any additional information.
Police said more details are still being gathered about what took place.
