A Meadville man was arrested today after he was found with a missing 17-year-old girl from Florida.
U.S. Marshals Supervisory Inspector Carlos Cosby confirmed that Andrew Finley, 24, was arrested around 1 p.m. Thursday after authorities say he had gone and picked up a juvenile female from Florida and brought her to Mississippi.
Cosby said that the girl was missing from North Florida, but since she is a minor, he can’t release her name.
