We want your nominations for Central Floridian of the Year – Orlando Sentinel

Central Floridians always step up to meet a challenge or help their neighbors. Every year since 1983, the Orlando Sentinel’s Editorial Board has recognized these people as part of our Central Floridian of the Year program.

But we can’t do it without you. We need your assistance to help us identify the heroes who make the biggest difference in local lives, the ones whose leadership, innovation and courage provide an inspiration to others. From these nominations we will choose a group of finalists and then announce our Central Floridian of Year in early 2026.
