Cape Coral man arrested after being accused of sexual activity with a minor

The Cape Coral Police Department has arrested a man accused of engaging in sexual activity with a minor.On Dec. 10, CCPD responded to a local hospital regarding an allegation of a sex offense involving a minor and an adult male.The case was turned over to CCPD’s Special Victims Unit. They say that the suspect, 26-year-old Erik Davante-Marcus Hudgens, knowingly had sex with a 16-year-old.
