Pendry Tampa will debut four eateries and bars on the Riverwalk when its tower launches in 2027. The hotel and residence tower under construction at 100 Ashley Drive has partnered with Clique Hospitality to stock its retail and dining areas.
The food offerings will include a signature restaurant concept bursting with social energy. A Mexican eatery featuring bold design will arrive alongside a speakeasy lounge and poolside dining.
Clique Hospitality operates food and nightlife spots throughout the nation from Las Vegas and Southern California. The company has collaborated with Pendry on past projects in Chicago, Newport Beach, and San Diego.
“With Pendry Tampa, we look forward to adding a vibrant culinary experience to the Riverwalk with Clique Hospitality as our partner,” said Michael Fuerstman, co-founder of Pendry Hotels & Resorts. “Together, we’re creating restaurant and bar experiences that feel distinctly of the destination — celebrating the city’s waterfront energy, incredible ingredients and culture — while delivering the modern, design-driven point of view and warm, gracious service that define Pendry.”
This tower will stand among a burgeoning collection of upscale hotel properties featuring multiple fine-dining concepts downtown. Tampa EDITION in Water Street Tampa boasts comparable amenities.
Two Roads Development acts as the local developer steering this project. Reid Boren, Managing Partner of Two Roads Development, explained the collaboration aims to build spaces mirroring the neighborhood’s character.
“Our goal with Pendry Tampa is to create a residential and hospitality experience that reflects the inviting, energetic, and connectivity to the Riverwalk,” said Boren, according to That’s So Tampa. “Partnering with Clique Hospitality allows us to introduce culinary and social spaces that match that spirit and serve as a vibrant extension of life for our residents and the surrounding community.”
Both companies claim the venture will establish a fresh benchmark for Tampa dining. Additional announcements should arrive in 2026 before doors swing open in 2027.
