A child fell out of a moving vehicle in Charlotte County at Veterans Boulevard and Atwater Street on Wednesday, according to Charlotte County Fire & EMS.
The circumstances of the fall are currently under investigation.
Charlotte County Fire responded to the scene at 2:22 p.m. The child was airlifted to All Children’s Hospital.
Authorities are working to determine the details of the incident.
